The Light Of The Spirit

I woke up this morning with so much gratefulness in my heart... I don't know why and I will not question why, however, I feel it has to do, with things you put in to perspective, (in a positive way) after some relaxing contemplation, and which you know in your heart, that feels right, it sits with a sense of contentment. An essence of harmony; I have seen from experience, that when ever you allow your self to be non judgmental mostly to your self, and others, and with an open mind to the things and people who surround you - you have triumphed to a higher self of substance. A substance of your beautiful self. Because when you look back to those moments, you feel a sense of relief, a sense of accomplishment; and deep in your heart, you know you have carried out something that was right. I say : "Live up to your morals and values- whilst remaining aware of them, embrace your unique self, your individuality and be happy the way you are. Remembering to shift your focus to the goodness in your life, to let go of things that no longer is useful for the goodness of your being, genuinely and practically, rejoice in the fortune and success of others and most of all, LOVE the BEAUTY you possess within"

Η ψυχή του έρωτα

Κάποιοι λένε ότι ο έρωτας είναι ποτάμι. Που πνίγει το τρυφερό κλαδάκι. Κάποιοι λένε ότι ο έρωτας είναι ξυράφι. Που αφήνει την ψυχή σου να ματώσει. Κάποιοι λένε ότι ο έρωτας είναι πείνα Και μια έντονη συνεχής ανάγκη. Εγώ λέω ότι είναι ένα λουλούδι και εσύ μόνο ένας σπόρος. Η καρδιά που φοβάται να σπάσει Δεν μαθαίνει ποτέ να χορεύει. Το όνειρο που φοβάται να ξυπνήσει Δεν θα αδράξει ποτέ την ευκαιρία. Η ψυχή που φοβάται να πεθάνει Δεν μαθαίνει ποτέ να ζει. Οταν η νύχτα είναι τόσο μοναχική και ο δρόμος τόσο μακρύς και νομίζεις ότι ο έρωτας είναι μόνο για τους τυχερούς και τους δυνατούς, θυμήσου ότι το χειμώνα κάτω από το πικρό χιόνι ζει ο σπόρος που με την αγάπη του ήλιου γίνεται τριαντάφυλλο την άνοιξη....

Troubled Heart

The higher power alone can ease
The pounding of my troubled heart
Only with its essence I am at peace
For it makes all my fears depart…
Feeling the sun the moon appear
And all the stars with their spark in the sky
Beyond this dark there is light near
Be true, be strong, this much you can try

A place of infinite tranquility where I can retreat
From the cares of the world
where I can find re...assurance
Taking my time of meeting this place
Deep withIN me it lies
I found a sacred place of stillness
In perfect peace, where harmony lingers
Tears are wiped away
IN-difference turned in 2 Love...
Found the center of calm, a radiant power
Where strength renewals my body and mind
Reigns forth a substance of stillness
A source of power that lights me up
Transforming me at a place ...
A place of expending and tranquil CALM

  The two qualities of HUMILITY & LAUGHTER- the two go together nicely. Humility is respectful silence that is accompanied by full presence in the body's decorum and poise. The way one sits, stands, walks, and bows all speak with more eloquence than words. To add to that, honest, selfless laughter, is the effervescence of humility; it is carbonated simplicity. Laughter is the champagne of the spirit.
